The TSAM offers mental health professionals a collaborative, client-centered approach to assessment and management of risk, assessing strengths and needs in addition to risks and providing a structured process for stabilization, treatment planning, and re-evaluation of risk at every client contact.
This training will provide an overview of T-SAM principles and approach to risk assessment and management, the clinical interview, treatment planning, risk formulation, documentation, and service planning with a mix of demonstration, role play, interactive activities, discussion, and Q&A.
