Pasteurized Human Donor Milk available to support breastfeeding outcomes

Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast, a Massachusetts based nonprofit, provides safe pasteurized human donor milk to medically fragile babies. Hospitalized babies receive first priority, but outpatient families with a prescription can also obtain donor milk as a short-term supplementation to breastfeeding when available. Families can order milk directly from the milk bank and it will be sent via overnight shipping. To order donor milk click here. If you are interested in learning more about how to use donor milk as part of your practice, in sharing information cards on becoming a milk donor or how to receive milk, or exploring other types of partnerships, please contact Kylia Garver at Kylia@milkbankne.org or 617-340-3497.

Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast accepts donations of human milk to ensure that medically fragile babies receive it. They also offer safe, pasteurized donor milk to families throughout the Northeast who need to supplement breastfeeding in the first few weeks post-partum when available.
