Exhibitor Information

We are pleased to invite you to attend the Spring Conference of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Maine Chapter (MAAP) on May 5-6, 2012.  This year’s meeting is a collaborative effort between the Chapter and others involved in school-based health.  The meeting will be held at The Harborside Hotel in Bar Harbor, Maine.  As you know, pediatricians, family physicians, and nurse practitioners throughout Maine gather at our educational conferences for professional development and networking.  Given the focus this year and our joint planning, we expect expanded attendance among health professionals who work with school-aged children.

Exhibitors are invited to display on Saturday from 7:00am to 1:30pm and Sunday from 7:00am to Noon.  Exhibit opportunities include registration and morning breaks.

EXHIBIT OPTIONS

Gold Exhibit Package – $1,900 Includes one exhibit table plus signage/naming for Saturday registration and break food, choice of table location, and exhibit table at Saturday lunch.

Silver Exhibit Package – $1,300 Includes one exhibit table plus signage/naming for Sunday break food, and choice of table location.

For-Profit Exhibit Package – $775 Includes on exhibit table.

Small Business Exhibit Package – $250 Includes one exhibit table.  For-profit businesses based in Maine with 8 or fewer full-time employees are eligible.

Non-Profit Exhibit Package – $175 Includes one Exhibit table.

Please note that your representative(s) must also be registered participants at the conference in order to attend any meetings or meals.  Lodging arrangements should be made directly with the Harborside Hotel at 800.328.5033.
